Web Design is Easier Than Ever

Many lifetimes ago, I was a computer programmer in a time when only people with very "techie" brains could do anything with computers. We had to write in special computer languages and programming in them was challenging even for the techies!

When the internet became popular, we were hired to create websites in more special languages. As the world expanded into different kinds of computers, phones, tablets, etc, things just got more complicated.

So, if you thought that you couldn't create your own website... you were probably right!

But NO LONGER!

Technology is So Much Friendlier Now

Back in those days, you absolutely had to have a serious tech background to work with computers. But this is not the case today! Companies are competing with each other to see who can be the most USER-FRIENDLY. They want you to tell your friends things like, "You wouldn't believe it. I can barely use a smartphone, but I can create my own website with this program!"

Their competition to make things easy definitely works in our favour!

No Need For Big Costs

For years, I've seen people hire others to create websites for them. Sometimes it works out great. But more often than not, they didn't like the new website, it took forever, it cost thousands of dollars, and in the end, they had to contact the programmer in order to make even the smallest changes!

This has driven me crazy for a long time - especially when I know that there is no reason to feel the huge tech gap any longer. I know that anyone can create their own website, it doesn't have to cost much, and you can edit it and modify it any time you'd like.

Plus, it's a fun way to be creative! It's so easy to choose your colours, beautiful photos, and make it really feel like YOU!
